FILM MAKERS
I have been working as a freelance editor, camera operator, photographer and videomaker for a long time, having reached a long-standing experience in the broadcasting area. I come from Genoa, Italy.
My passion of motorbikes led me working with specific magazines such as Special Cafe; I also shot the short docu-film “Giovanni Burlando’s Vision”, which is a story about hills race, being spread worldwide by blogs of motorbike fans.
SUMMARY
The story of uphill racing told by Giovanni Burlando: 75 years old and about 850 contests raced with some of the best racers in the world such as Agostini and Pasolini. And then his workshop and his motorbikes: Ducati 250, Benelli 250, Aletta 125 and Motobi 250, each of them fixed by himself alone. Riding on the Doria-Creto path he tells about prizes, contests and his overwhelming passion for motorbikes.
Giovanni Burlando passed away on October 27th, 2017. God speed.
